Registered Nurse - Per Diem - Night Shift

Role: Per Diem Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery and postpartum care, providing safe, effective, and compassionate nursing services. Responsibilities: Independently deliver patient care using the nursing process for labor, delivery, and postpartum patients.Guide and supervise unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary care.Communicate and collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.Contribute to safety outcomes and enhance patient experience. Qualifications & Skills: Current IL nursing license.Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.Certification in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP (AHA).Minimum two years of recent acute care experience in Labor and Delivery and postpartum care.Strong clinical skills in labor, delivery, and postpartum nursing.
