Registered Nurse - Per Diem - Night Shift

Role Overview Provides safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to labor, delivery, and postpartum patients, utilizing the nursing process for care planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborates with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety, while guiding unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary care. Qualifications & Skills Current IL nursing license and graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.Minimum of two years recent acute care experience in Labor and Delivery and postpartum care.Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP (AHA).Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills. Key Duties Independently manage labor, delivery, and postpartum nursing care.Coordinate with team members to ensure high-quality patient care and safety.Participate in interdisciplinary communication to promote positive patient outcomes.
