Registered Nurse (Per Diem Day) - Pediatrics ICU

Responsibilities Provide safe, competent nursing care to patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. Offer professional leadership and support to the healthcare team, emphasizing Patient Centered Care. Supervise and guide employees under your oversight, demonstrating Service Excellence standards at all times. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred. Completion of a Specialty course or equivalent within 6 months of hire. One-year acute care experience or successful completion of an approved specialty course within 6 months of hire. Current RN license in the state, BLS certification, and relevant advanced certifications (ACLS, PALS, or NRP) as required. Ability to pass pre-employment assessments; RN graduates must have an interim Nevada RN license. Key Skills Strong leadership and clinical skills. Customer service orientation and teamwork.
