Registered Nurse - Per Diem - Cardiac Care

Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse (RN) in a high-acuity cardiac care unit. Responsibilities include delivering direct patient care, administering treatments and medications, and performing assessments in accordance with nursing standards. Key Duties: Develop and implement individualized care plans, educate patients and families, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, evaluate intervention effectiveness, and adapt care based on patient response. Delegate and coordinate tasks, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in quality and safety initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a specialty nursing training program, with experience in cardiac step-down units, including managing titrating IV medications, BiPap, CPAP, and high-flow oxygen. Strong teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and clinical judgment skills are essential.
