Registered Nurse - Per Diem

About the role

We are seeking a Float Pool Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, direct, and indirect patient care across rehabilitation and behavioral health units. This role involves delivering personalized nursing care, performing head-to-toe assessments, and evaluating patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with physicians regarding patient clinical changes.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Perform general nursing duties in multiple departments, including Med/Surg/Tele units.
• Support bedside reporting using IMAP & SBAR in collaboration with patients.
• Assess and manage pain, and educate patients and families on pain management techniques.

Requirements

• Minimum two years of acute care experience.
• Current NV nursing license.
• Current BLS certification.
