Registered Nurse - Per Diem

Position: Per Diem Registered Nurse in Emergency Room Responsibilities: Provide safe, compassionate nursing care; utilize the nursing process for patient planning, implementation, and evaluation; supervise and coordinate unlicensed staff; communicate effectively with healthcare team; contribute to safety and high-quality patient experiences. Qualifications: Current IL nursing license; graduate of an NLN-accredited school (BSN preferred); BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications; active NIHSS certification; minimum two years recent acute care ED experience with telemetry skills demonstrated within 14 days; emergency department experience preferred. Skills: Strong clinical assessment, communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities. Key Duties: Deliver interdisciplinary patient care, ensure safety, and support positive health outcomes in a dynamic ED environment.
