Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care across departments
- Evaluate care quality
- Maintain professional accountability
- Adapt to various shifts and work locations, with flexible scheduling and shift options
- Participate in the Gig Nursing Program, which offers incentivized, flexible shifts without guaranteed hours
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current RN license in the state
- Minimum recent bedside RN experience: 1 year (Med Surg), 2 years (specialty areas)
Preferred
- BSN
- Epic experience
Certifications
- BLS required
- ACLS and PALS as applicable
- Additional certifications may be needed
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Stand, walk, and perform physical tasks required for patient care
