Role Overview

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using evidence-based practices, technology, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Performing comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, social, and psychological needs
• Developing individualized care plans with input from patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Coordinating care delivery by delegating tasks and managing resources effectively
• Evaluating patient responses to interventions and revising care plans as needed
• Ensuring adherence to legal, ethical, and regulatory standards through accurate documentation
• Promoting professionalism and participating in team development
• Maintaining accountability in practice

Qualifications

• Current registered nurse license
• BLS certification
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within four years if less than 12 months of experience

Preferred Qualifications
