About the Role
The Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional caregiver responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, social, and psychological needs.
- Develop individualized care plans through collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Coordinate and delegate care activities, ensuring adherence to guidelines and professional standards.
- Evaluate patient responses to interventions and adjust plans accordingly.
- Promote professionalism by adhering to legal, ethical, and regulatory standards.
- Ensure accurate documentation.
Requirements
- Current RN license in the practice state.
- BLS certification.
- BSN degree from an accredited institution (preferred).
- Candidates with less than 12 months of experience must obtain a BSN within four years.
