About the role
Seeking a Pediatric ICU RN to provide specialized, patient-focused care in a hospital setting. This full-time position involves night shifts with a 36-hour workweek. The nurse will apply skills to deliver world-class health services with human connection, ensuring compassionate care for pediatric patients.
Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality, individualized patient care in a pediatric ICU setting.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Ensuring compliance with clinical standards and safety protocols.
- Providing education and support to patients and families.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting patient status.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Valid Washington RN license upon hire.
- American Heart Association BLS certification.
- At least 1 year of acute care experience with a similar patient population or completion of a specialty residency.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.
