Registered Nurse - Pediatric Dialysis Pheresis, Part Time

About the role

This position involves providing direct patient care for children with dialysis needs, including assessment, planning, and implementation of nursing care within established standards. The nurse will promote family-centered care, educate families on managing illnesses, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Developing individualized care plans
• Evaluating physical and psychosocial needs
• Communicating effectively across care teams
• Assessing and evaluating patient needs holistically
• Educating families on post-treatment care and medication administration
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans

Qualifications

• RN license with a Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred)
• 1-2 years of RN experience preferred
