Registered Nurse Pediatric CVICU

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized, compassionate care to critically ill pediatric cardiac patients in a high-acuity unit.
• Assess, plan, and execute evidence-based nursing care, manage ventilators, vasoactive infusions, and invasive lines.
• Respond swiftly to emergencies, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and educate and support families.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety and infection-control standards.
• Be adaptable by floating within facilities as needed.
