We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. We have content: introduction about staffing support, technology, etc. That could be "About the role". Then job summary and qualifications: responsibilities. Then qualifications list: graduate from accredited school, license, BLS, ACLS, experience. That's "Requirements" or "Qualifications". Benefits: described. Pay: there is a $10,000 Sign On Bonus mentioned. That's pay info. Schedule: not mentioned. So we should not include Schedule. Also maybe "Skills" not explicit separate; could be omitted. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, application instructions, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, navigation, cookie, legal. So we keep substantive content: sign on bonus, intro, job summary, qualifications, benefits, facility description maybe part of About the role? Could be separate but we can include in About the role. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the sign on bonus details: $10,000 Sign On Bonus for experienced RNs, eligible candidates, cannot be combined with other bonuses or HCA loans/scholarships. We need to keep the intro paragraph about staffing support, technology, tools, supply chains, ongoing clinical education. Job summary and qualifications paragraph: we need to keep that entire block. Qualifications list: bullet list. Benefits: bullet list of items. We also have facility description: Overland Park Regional Medical Center is a 340+ bed facility... etc. That's substantive; could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section like "About the facility". But only allowed headings are the given list; we could put it under About the role or maybe under Responsibilities? Better to put under About the role as it describes the workplace. We must not include fluff like "Learn More About Employee Benefits" (that's a link). Also remove "Note: Eligibility for benefits may vary by location". That's maybe minor metadata but could be kept? It's about benefits eligibility; it's substantive? It says eligibility may vary by location. Could keep as a note in benefits section. But it's minor; we could keep as a p. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we don't repeat. Now produce HTML:

About the role

We are currently offering a $10,000 Sign On Bonus for experienced RNs. This bonus is for eligible candidates and cannot be combined with other bonuses or HCA loans/scholarships.

But that's a lot; maybe we split into About the role and Responsibilities. Responsibilities: The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care ... etc. That's a big paragraph. We'll put that under Responsibilities. Requirements: Graduate from accredited school of nursing with either an AND or BSN degree. Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation. BLS required upon hire. ACLS required within 3 months of hire. Minimum 1 year hospital experience, prefer cardiac or acute care. We'll make a
  • list. Benefits: Overland Park Regional Medical Center, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues. The available plans and programs include: Comprehensive benefits for medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, behavioral health and telemedicine servicesWellbeing support, including free counseling and referral servicesTime away from work programs for paid time off, paid family leave, long- and short-term disability coverage and leaves of absenceSavings and retirement resources, including a 401(k) Plan with a 100% match on 3% to 9% of pay (based on years of service), Employee Stock Purchase Plan, flexible spending accounts, preferred banking partnerships, retirement readiness tools, rollover support and financial wellbeing counselingEducation support through tuition assistance, student loan assistance, certification support, dependent scholarships and a partnership with Galen College of NursingAdditional benefits for fertility and family building, adoption assistance, life insurance, supplemental health protection plans, auto and home insurance, legal counseling, identity theft protection and consumer discounts Learn More About Employee Benefits Note: Eligibility for benefits may vary by location We need to format as list items. The original text is a run-on; we need to split into sensible items. We'll create bullet points for each major category: Comprehensive benefits..., Wellbeing support..., Time away..., Savings and retirement..., Education support..., Additional benefits... Also note eligibility may vary. We'll not include "Learn More About Employee Benefits" as it's a link. Pay: we already have sign on bonus in About the role; maybe we could also have a Pay section but we already included bonus there. The instruction: include Pay section only if posting actually states them. It does state a $10,000 Sign On Bonus. Could make a Pay section with that detail. But we already placed it in About the role. To avoid duplication, we could move it to Pay section and keep About the role more generic. However we must not duplicate content. Let's decide: Put the sign on bonus in Pay section. Then About the role can focus on staffing support etc. That seems better. Thus:
