Registered Nurse CVICU

Role: Registered Nurse in the CVICU, providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a specialized cardiac intensive care unit. Responsibilities Coordinate and deliver comprehensive care in collaboration with medical providers and care teams.Perform procedures, monitor patients, and document care accurately and promptly.Educate patients, families, and caregivers on medical conditions, treatments, medications, and lifestyle modifications.Manage evidence-based practices and participate in quality improvement initiatives.Develop and implement holistic treatment plans supporting patient recovery. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).Active RN license in the practice state or an active compact license.BLS certification required; ACLS within 3 months of hire.Minimum of 1 year hospital experience, preferably in cardiac or acute care.
