About the role
We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for two distinct settings:
- School roles: Work in middle or high schools, providing essential nursing support on a 35-hour weekly schedule.
- Pediatric home health: Care for high-acuity patients, including those with tracheostomy and ventilator needs, offering focused, one-on-one care. This role emphasizes autonomy, continuity, and building strong relationships with children and families.
Clinical support and training are provided for both roles.
Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care.
- Manage and implement care plans.
- Ensure patient safety and well-being.
Requirements
- Valid RN license.
- For school roles: New Jersey Substitute Nursing Certification (assistance available for certification acquisition).
- Recent physical and TB test.
- BLS CPR certification.
- Relevant experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, and vent care.
