Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients in accordance with their needs and the medical plan of care.
- Assess patients’ physical, psychological, and social needs.
- Implement and evaluate interventions based on assessment findings.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Applicable Experience: Less than 1 year
- Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross
- Registered Nurse - Various
- Associate Degree
