About the role
We are seeking experienced professionals to provide exceptional care in our Progressive Care Unit (PCU).
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional care in our PCU department.
- Maintain a 3:1 patient-to-nurse ratio.
- Floating within scope to meet facility needs.
- Unit Information: Our PCU consists of 6 beds, providing coverage for Medical Leave of Absence (MLOA).
Requirements
- California Registered Nurse (CA RN) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications
- At least 2 years of experience in stepdown, PCU, ICU, or telemetry
- Experience with EPIC electronic health records

- Weekend rotation required
