Registered Nurse - PCU

About the role

Provides direct patient care in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) environment, utilizing top-of-scope nursing practices and evidence-based models aligned with AACN's Synergy Model.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes patient safety
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams
• Precepts new healthcare staff
• Supports quality care delivery
• Contributes to a secure, innovative clinical setting by demonstrating proficiency and a commitment to continuous learning

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Valid RN licensure
• At least 6 months ICU or PCU experience or completion of a fellowship
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association or Red Cross, valid through sixty days of hire
