Responsibilities
- Nurse-to-patient ratio in the Progressive Care Unit is 1:3
- Collaborative rounds involving nurse input in decision-making
- Use of a computerized documentation system for bedside documentation
- Partnership between nursing leadership and education staff for career enhancement and professional development
- Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance
Requirements
- RN License - N.H. State or any other compact state
- BCLS certified within 30 days of hire
- ACLS certified within 1 year of hire

Skills
