Responsibilities
- Bridge communication between physicians, administration, and community partners to ensure a unified approach to patient care.
- Champion quality by leading educational initiatives and treatment coordination that directly elevate patient outcomes.
- Analyze care trends by tracking outcomes and recommending process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Advocate for the underserved by securing essential follow-up resources for uninsured patients to ensure continuity of care.
Minimum Requirements
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
- BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR required professional licensure at time of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Clinical Experience: Minimum 2 years of specialized clinical background in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN), Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), or Labor and Delivery (L&D).
