Registered Nurse - Patient Aligned Care Team
About the role
This position involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care based on age-specific components. Responsibilities include coordinating care focused on patient education, self-management, and customer satisfaction throughout the continuum of care. Administering medications and procedures according to established policies and guidelines is also part of the role.

Qualifications
- Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by an accrediting agency.
- Current, full, active, and unrestricted registration as a graduate professional nurse in the United States.
- Experience in ambulatory care or outpatient settings is preferred.
Skills
Knowledge of age-specific components of care, ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and proficiency in administering medications and procedures according to established guidelines.

Qualifications
- Basic English language proficiency.
- Completion of a nursing program from an accredited institution.
