Schedule

• Work Days: Monday through Saturday
• Weekends: Required to work 2 Saturdays/month; no Sunday shifts
• Shift Times: Early mornings, every other Saturday, and holidays
• Must be flexible and able to work rotating shifts; schedule restrictions cannot be accommodated
• Work schedules are provided in advance to support work-life balance

Responsibilities

• Deliver dialysis treatments and monitor patient status
• Assess, troubleshoot, and respond to clinical situations
• Educate patients and build meaningful relationships
• Work as part of a supportive care team in a fast-paced outpatient setting
• Ensure compassionate and professional delivery of dialysis-related nursing services

Requirements

• Current RN license in state of practice
• CPR certification and basic EKG interpretation
• 2+ years’ experience with acutely ill patients (ICU, ER, Med/Surg preferred)
• Strong assessment, time management, and communication skills
• CNN certification a plus
