Registered Nurse - Part Time - Night Shift

About the role

Registered Nurse responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients, based on nursing standards and theoretical concepts. You will provide care across multiple units including Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU within a regional float pool, collaborating with diverse care teams and adapting to various hospital environments.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, execute nursing interventions, and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Float to various facilities and units, providing flexible and dynamic patient care.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams to enhance clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ensure compliance with licensure, certifications, and physical demands of the role.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
• Current RN license.
• At least one year of recent bedside RN experience in Med/Surg or two years for specialized units.
• Certifications: BLS (required); ACLS for critical care (required).
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform patient handling tasks.
