Registered Nurse - Part Time - Night Shift

About the Role

Join a dynamic Regional Float Pool as a Registered Nurse, providing individualized adult/geriatric care across multiple facilities within a regional healthcare system.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on nursing standards.
• Float to various units such as Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU, supporting diverse patient populations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.
• Provide safe, competent nursing care, adapt to various clinical environments, and work collaboratively with care teams to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in the state or with a compact licensure.
• Minimum of 1 year recent bedside RN experience in Med/Surg; 2 years for specialty units.
• Certifications: BLS required; ACLS for critical care.
• Physical ability to walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and assist with patient mobility.
