About the role
Join a dynamic Regional Float Pool as a Registered Nurse, providing individualized adult/geriatric care across multiple hospitals in the region.
Responsibilities
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care based on theoretical concepts and standards.
- Collaborating with diverse care teams across various units such as Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, ICU, and more.
- Serving a minimum of three facilities, including hospitals in different communities.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- Current RN licensure in the state or compact licensure.
- At least one year of recent bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; two years for specialty units.
- Certifications: BLS required; NRP for Women's Health.
Skills
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and adaptability.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and assist with patient mobility.
