Registered Nurse - Part Time - Night Shift

About the role

Find your calling at Mercy! The Registered Nurse will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for adult and geriatric patients, based on nursing standards and theoretical concepts. They will report to various facilities within a regional footprint, with facility assignments discussed upon hire.

Position details

• Department: Regional Float Pool
• Type: Part Time (24 hrs/week)
• Shift: Nights

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care across diverse units including Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, ICU, and more
• Serve multiple facilities, including hospitals in various communities

Requirements

• Nursing degree from an accredited program; BSN preferred
• Current RN licensure and meet state requirements
• 1+ year recent bedside RN experience (2+ years for ICU and specialized units); Epic experience preferred
• Certifications: BLS for Med/Surg and Behavioral Health; BLS and ACLS for Critical Care
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and assist with patient movements up to 50 pounds

• Sign-on bonus: $10,000 (no contract required)
