Registered Nurse - Part Time Days or Evenings

Waverly Heights is seeking a dedicated and caring Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering exceptional care that truly makes a difference. Our Registered Nurses are leaders who foster a supportive and nurturing environment and deliver high standards of quality care.

Responsibilities

• Managing daily care of residents in skilled nursing/personal care
• Ensuring delivery of quality services and programs to meet resident expectations
• Effectively communicating with families, medical personnel and other team members as needed
• Ensuring required paperwork, records, MDS and reports are accurate and timely
• Following procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, HIPAA and infection control requirements
• Advocating for residents to ensure their needs are communicated and addressed with the care team
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop plans to ensure best possible outcomes
• Following all guidelines related to compliance with regulatory, safety, confidentiality, HIPAA and infection control requirements
• Performing other duties to support the effective operations of the healthcare department

Requirements

• Pennsylvania RN license
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Positive attitude
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability and willingness to learn

Schedule

Part-time Registered Nurses are scheduled for 24 hours per week and includes working every-other weekend.
