About the Role

Nurses provide holistic and compassionate nursing care as part of an interdisciplinary team to clients in a residential setting with a focus on treating Adult clients with eating disorders.

Schedule

This is a Part Time position at 0.4 FTE (16 hours/week) with the following shift options:

  • Day shifts: 6a-2:30p, 8a-4:30p
  • Evening shifts: 2-10:30p, 4p-12:30a

A combination of both day and evening shifts are scheduled. Every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday) required.

Pay

Registered Nurses: Starting hourly range between $37.00 - $40.00. Final compensation offered will be within this pay range based on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provides client care through assessment, monitoring, and intervention to address health concerns appropriately
  • Responsible for medication management including education, assessing adherence, administration in the residential setting, and monitoring for side effects in collaboration with provider
  • Assists and supports medical and psychiatric providers with medical care coordination
  • Recognizes and appropriately responds to medical and psychiatric emergencies
  • Responsible for accurate and timely documentation in the client medical record

Requirements

  • Licensed as an RN in Minnesota
  • Must have valid driver’s license and be authorized to drive
  • Current Basic Life Support certification required (American Heart Association) within 30 days from date of hire
  • Experience or strong desire to work in a mental health setting
