Registered Nurse - Part Time - Days

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care based on nursing sciences, promoting ongoing partnerships with patients and families within a culturally and age-specific framework.

Responsibilities

• Conduct holistic assessments.
• Diagnose and prioritize patient needs.
• Create and communicate multidisciplinary care plans.
• Implement evidence-based interventions.
• Evaluate patient responses to care.
• Ensure accurate documentation in electronic medical records.
• Participate in professional development activities, including leadership, mentorship, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrate critical thinking, effective communication, and collaboration with healthcare teams.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain safety protocols.

Requirements

• Current Ohio RN licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Within six months, ACLS certification for specific units.
• A BSN is required within five years of hire.
• Optional advanced degrees.
