Registered Nurse - Part Time - Days

Provide holistic, patient-centered care across diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and identify patient needs based on biological, psychological, spiritual, and social factors.
• Develop and prioritize individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and families, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Implement nursing interventions, delegate tasks appropriately, and respond effectively to emergencies.
• Continuously evaluate patient responses and adjust care plans to meet established goals.
• Document care accurately in electronic medical records and maintain communication with multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrate leadership by mentoring peers, participating in performance improvement, and supporting professional development activities.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, complete required education, and maintain licensure and certifications.

Requirements

• Current Ohio nursing license.
• BLS certification.
• Relevant knowledge of patient care standards.
• BSN preferred within five years of hire.
• Additional certifications like ACLS and specialty credentials are encouraged.
