Registered Nurse - Part Time - Days

About the Role

Provide comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care by utilizing biological, physical, behavioral, social, and nursing sciences to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care in a culturally sensitive and age-specific manner.

Responsibilities

• Conduct holistic evaluations of patients’ physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and educational needs, recognize abnormal data, and communicate findings effectively.
• Identify patient problems, develop and prioritize individualized care plans, and collaborate with patients and families.
• Deliver evidence-based care, provide patient and family education, respond to emergencies, and maintain safety standards.
• Monitor care effectiveness, adjust plans as needed, and ensure continuity of care.
• Accurately record all aspects of care in electronic medical records.
• Demonstrate leadership, mentor others, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and maintain professional growth through education, certification, and involvement in professional organizations.

Requirements

• Current Ohio nursing licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Area-specific certifications as applicable.
