Registered Nurse Part Time

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high degree of resident satisfaction through consistent delivery of high-quality services.
• Aid in the admission process by providing timely assessments to determine Assisted Living eligibility.
• Coordinate with the Health & Wellness team to determine care needs of individual residents through routine and change of condition assessments.
• Provide training and delegation to Med Techs.
• Assure resident medication assistance meets regulatory requirements.
• Participate in Clinical Team meetings and Care Conferences with residents, families and Outside Agency partners.
• Follow up on all resident incidents- reviewing documentation and giving instructions to staff and residents while addressing any preventative measures or changes to Care Plan.
• Follow current departmental policies, procedures, and licenses, in accordance with company, Federal, State, and local requirements.

Qualifications

• Positive team player attitude and love working with people.
• Valid Utah RN license.
• Previous experience in Senior Living preferred.
• Knowledge of various computer systems, particularly Excel, Word, and PCCA.
• A high degree of accuracy in all assignments; ability to manage time effectively.
• Background clearance through the State of Utah DACS system.
• Valid RN license.
