Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care through assessments, vital signs, health histories, phone triage, and documentation in the EMR
• Support providers during diagnostic procedures and treatments, including IV starts, medication administration, and patient education
• Collaborate with providers and care teams to develop and implement patient care plans, coordinate referrals, and ensure smooth patient flow
• Maintain clinical quality and safety standards in alignment with TJC, HRSA, and YVFWC requirements while performing additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or higher in Nursing
• Active WA RN license
• BCLS certification within 90 days of hire
• If relocating to Washington, obtain a Washington RN license within 6 months of hire and update primary state of residence within 60 days of relocation
• If holding a license from a participating NLC state, provide proof of primary state of residence and completed suicide‑prevention training during the first week of onboarding

Qualifications

• 1 year of outpatient or clinical RN experience preferred
• ACLS and PALS preferred
• Spanish bilingual proficiency preferred at level 10 (eligible for Bilingual Differential Compensation when an ALTA score of 10 is achieved)

Skills

• Proficiency with EPIC EMR system
• BCLS (required within 90 days of hire)
• ACLS and PALS (preferred)
• Spanish bilingual communication (level 10 preferred)

Pay

$39.30‑$48.14 per hour DOE, with potential to go higher for highly experienced candidates; additional pay for bilingual skills, paid on hours worked.
