Registered Nurse, Part-Time AI Clinical Review - Remote (United States)

The teams building them need registered nurses who can create realistic, difficult clinical review scenarios, judge whether AI-generated answers are accurate and safe, write what a complete professional answer should say, and explain where the output falls short of inpatient standards and workflows. Your judgment becomes part of how the next generation of clinical AI models works. This is that work, done remotely around your current job.

Responsibilities

• Compare inpatient nursing documentation, including bedside notes, progress updates, care plans, orders, lab findings and discharge summaries, with applicable standards
• Judge whether clinical answers produced by AI are accurate, safe, complete and appropriate
• Flag unclear charting and surface edge cases that can strengthen the training data
• Give detailed feedback on review guidance and project workflows, including the content expected in clinically appropriate outputs

Requirements

• Be a Registered Nurse able to practice in the United States
• Have recent bedside experience as an inpatient Registered Nurse
• Have strong knowledge of inpatient workflows, standards of care and documentation practices, plus clear written and verbal communication in fluent English
• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.
