• $100–$150 per hour• 100% remote• Part-time• Fully flexible schedule Work on the cutting edge of AI documentation review, on your own schedule, and get paid for the clinical judgment you already have. What you'll do• Check inpatient H&Ps and progress notes: is each one accurate, complete and clinically sound?• Read each discharge summary against the stay it describes and point out significant errors, gaps and contradictions• Settle unclear or conflicting notes and write down each call with a short reason• Grade how serious each documentation problem is against a set review standard, and suggest where that standard could improve Why this is worth your time• Get paid $100–$150 an hour to build real AI skills, on top of your current job• Work directly with frontier AI tools and see how they are built, tested and improved, experience most hospitalists will not have for years• Build a career edge for what comes next: AI is reshaping hospital medicine, and the hospitalists who understand it from the inside will lead that change• Fully remote, fully flexible, no minimum shift, no commute Who this is for• Board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, with an MD or DO• Have demonstrated leadership while running documentation audit programs, or have at least five years of experience as an attending hospitalist• Know inpatient documentation standards and hospital quality assurance well, see how the wording of a chart drives coding, billing and compliance, and write and speak English clearly• No AI experience needed.
