About the Role
Responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a Pain Clinic setting, adhering to departmental and state standards. Collaborates with medical providers and care teams to provide personalized, compassionate care following established nursing models.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions during admission and shifts, reporting changes promptly.
- Perform procedures, monitor responses, administer medications, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Respond to patient requests proactively, providing exceptional care.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatments, medications, and follow-up care, translating complex information for understanding.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) with an Associate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree.
- Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 30 days of employment.
