Registered Nurse - PACU -PRN

About the Role

Join a multidisciplinary team in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) at Munson Healthcare, where you'll provide pre- and post-anesthesia care for surgical and procedural patients. Work collaboratively with anesthesia providers to support 60-70 outpatient and inpatient surgeries daily.

This role includes participation in our 12-month PACU Residency Program, offering structured support for both experienced and new graduate RNs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre- and post-anesthesia care for surgical and procedural patients
• Collaborate with anesthesia providers and multidisciplinary teams
• Support outpatient and inpatient surgeries (60-70 cases/day)

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan
• Experience caring for adult surgical patients within the last 3 years (preferred)
• BCLS and ACLS certifications required upon hire
• PALS certification required within 6 months of hire

Additional Information
