Registered Nurse - PACU - Per Diem - Days

Role: Registered Nurse responsible for delivering professional nursing care to ensure quality patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Assess patient conditions, recognize deviations, and plan, implement, and evaluate care.Monitor patient progress and document observations accurately.Delegate appropriate tasks to team members and collaborate to meet unit goals. Qualifications And Skills Associate degree in nursing or higher (BSN required within 5 years).Current Illinois RN licensure and CPR certification.ACLS and PALS certifications within ninety days of employment. Additional Information Requires critical thinking, teamwork, and delegation skills.Flexible hours with varied shifts, including on-call and holiday work.
