Registered Nurse - PACU (Full-Time, Days)

Position: Registered Nurse in the PACU (Post-Anesthesia Care Unit) providing patient care using the nursing process. Responsibilities: Evaluate care effectiveness, coordinate patient care across departments, maintain patient rights and confidentiality, and ensure adherence to mission and standards. Qualifications: At least 1 year of RN experience preferred, with graduation from an accredited nursing program (ASN, Diploma, or BSN). Must hold a current RN license for Missouri or a compact state, and obtain/maintain required certifications such as BLS; additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, ENPC, and others may be required based on unit. Skills & Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks like reaching, bending, and kneeling.
