About the Role
Join a team that delivers outstanding care in one of the most beautiful regions in the country. Work as a Registered Nurse in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) at Munson Healthcare, where you’ll provide pre- and post-anesthesia care for surgical and procedural patients. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including experienced and new graduate RNs, providers, clinicians, and support staff. The unit handles 60-70 outpatient and inpatient surgeries per day.
Responsibilities
- Provide pre- and post-anesthesia care for surgical and procedural patients.
- Work collaboratively with anesthesia providers and multidisciplinary teams.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan.
- Experience caring for adult surgical patients within the last 3 years preferred.
- BCLS and ACLS certifications required upon hire.
- PALS certification required within 6 months of hire.
