Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality pre- and post-anesthesia care for surgical patients
- Monitoring vital signs and managing patient pain
- Responding promptly to changes in patient condition
- Collaborating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary team members
- Educating patients and families on post-operative care
- Maintaining safety and infection control standards
- Utilizing advanced technology and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
Qualifications and Skills
- Current RN license and relevant clinical experience
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-focused, compassionate environment
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
