Registered Nurse - PACU

Role Overview

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care across departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and adheres to organizational standards and values.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Holds a current RN license and meets state licensure requirements.

Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, and others may be needed based on the department.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly.
• Prolonged standing, walking, and performing physical movements like reaching, bending, and kneeling.
