Role Overview

Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by others. Coordinates patient care with various departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and performs duties aligned with organizational standards and values.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care based on nursing assessments.
• Evaluate and improve care quality.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Uphold patient rights and confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with standards and policies.

Requirements

• Nursing degree (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license for the state of practice.
• BLS certification; additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS, TNCC) may be required based on unit.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various physical movements.
