Registered Nurse – Outpatient – Riley Orthopedics – Downtown/Carmel

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for an onsite role primarily located at Riley Downtown, with additional coverage at our Carmel location (IU Health North).

Responsibilities

• Casting, suture and staple removal
• Wound checks
• DME/bracing placement
• Office-based bracing procedures

Requirements

• A minimum of one year of RN experience
• 3–5 years of nursing experience in an ambulatory or orthopedic setting preferred
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
• Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program
• May require additional certifications based on unit/department specialty

Qualifications

• Associates of Nursing (ASN) degree; Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Basic Life Support certification through the AHA
• Ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction
• Awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse

Benefits

The position offers competitive benefits, including a $30,000 sign-on bonus.

Pay

$40.00 - $45.00/hour

Schedule

Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
