Registered Nurse - Outpatient Pulmonary Hypertension Clinic

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides comprehensive care for ambulatory patients, primarily in Pulmonary Hypertension, within outpatient CV subspecialty clinics. They collaborate with care teams to deliver face-to-face and remote patient care, including education and ongoing management, utilizing protocols to streamline processes. Key Responsibilities Coordinate nursing care, including direct patient care, education, and care transitionsSupport professional nursing practice across settings and throughout the continuum of careLead activities such as preceptorship, quality improvement, and participate in committees or projectsDelegate patient care based on skill, experience, and available resourcesCommunicate effectively with patients and team members Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing programMinimum of one year RN experience, with preferred cardiology backgroundCurrent RN license and BLS certificationExcellent verbal and written communication, teamwork, critical thinking, and leadership skillsProficiency with electronic medical records and adaptability to dynamic situations Additional Information: The role is eligible for TN sponsorship, requiring state licensure and certification.
