Registered Nurse - Outpatient Oncology Infusions

Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care within a collaborative care team. Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; coordinate care plans; deliver safe and effective treatments; document patient information accurately; advocate for patient and family needs; support performance improvement initiatives; and foster a positive work environment. Leadership & Growth: Mentor and precept other nurses; maintain professional licenses and certifications; pursue ongoing professional development; contribute to organizational initiatives; and uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards. Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing; current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact); BLS certification; and relevant experience. Skills: Strong communication, critical thinking, patient advocacy, teamwork, and commitment to quality improvement.
