Registered Nurse - Outpatient Oncology Infusions

Role: Registered Nurse providing quality patient care within a multidisciplinary team. Acts as a frontline representative, facilitating communication between patients, families, providers, and staff. Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring safety and adherence to policies.Monitor patient conditions, collaborate on care plans, and document assessments and interventions.Advocate for patients and families, addressing concerns, providing education, and maintaining patient satisfaction.Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational change for better outcomes.Maintain professional competence through ongoing training, certifications, and involvement in professional organizations.Mentor and support the growth of colleagues, fostering a positive work environment and upholding professional standards.Contribute to shared governance, uphold confidentiality, safety, and integrity, and support recruitment efforts.
