Registered Nurse Outpatient Infusion

Responsibilities
- Care for patients holistically—addressing physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs—while partnering closely with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Use evidence-based practice, clinical technology, and strong nursing fundamentals in a structured outpatient setting.
- Collaborate across disciplines, working alongside providers and support staff to create seamless care transitions, patient education, and follow-up planning.
- Evaluate outcomes, adapt care plans, and prioritize both clinical results and patient satisfaction.
- Practice with professionalism and integrity, supported by strong ethical standards, regulatory compliance, and a culture of accountability.
- Grow and lead, contributing to the development of others while advancing the nursing profession through collaboration, mentorship, and shared best practices.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
- Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN).
- RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within four (4) years of their hire date.
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN).
- Education must be obtained from an accredited institution.
- Preferred qualifications include oncology or infusion experience.
Skills
Strong clinical assessments and critical thinking skills, ability to work collaboratively, and proficiency in evidence-based practice, clinical technology, and strong nursing fundamentals.

Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. $35.22 - $53.29
Schedule
8AM-6:30PM, 10 hour shifts. Rotating weekends (once every 8 weeks) and no on-call needs.
