Registered Nurse - Orthopedics/Spine - Part Time Weekend Program

Responsibilities

• Assemble sterile tables
• Maintain sterile fields
• Understand equipment
• Locate supplies swiftly
• Safely handle medications
• Accurate documentation
• Effective communication with physicians and team members
• Reproduce exams on CD/film
• Assist in other areas during downtime
• Maintain an organized, clean workspace
• Collaborate with staff to optimize equipment use and improve patient throughput

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• RCIS preferred or valid TN licensure for medication administration, with CE compliance
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire
• Must respond to hospital within 30 minutes for “on call” duties
• At least one year of direct patient care experience
• Proficient in Meditech, Site Rite, guidewires, catheters, and supplies
