Part-Time Weekend Registered Nurse

Role Overview

As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver and coordinate nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and agency policies. Your responsibilities include conducting clinical assessments, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals, patients, families, and community resources to maintain continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical services within scope of practice and infection control standards
• Coordinate care from admission to discharge with the care team
• Complete assessments as per program requirements and payer needs
• Verify patient eligibility and medical necessity for services
• Develop and update personalized care and service plans in collaboration with providers
• Ensure care plans meet patient needs, revising with physician approval as necessary

Qualifications & Skills

• Current, unrestricted RN license in the practice state
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to work effectively in diverse home environments regardless of client background

Preferred Attributes

• At least one year of RN experience
• Ability to work independently
• Strong communication, organizational, and writing skills
